FORGET dropbox! Try SugarSync if you're looking for extra cloud storage. SugarSync offers 5GB of free cloud storage, plus more if you refer friends (similar to dropbox). I've been testing this app for a while now and I can say that it is just as stable as dropbox is, but with more initial storage.
Saving files to the cloud is great as you are able to sync files across a number of devices, as well as share files with other people. A good idea is to create shared folders for each of your classes and to invite your students to their respective class folder. This makes providing students with work/class files effortless!
Definitely worth a try!
